This apartment was just perfect for our family group of 6 (4 adults and 2 children). The layout offered plenty of space to relax with the location ideal for exploring Copenhagens many sights. The 4 beds were very comfortable and flat lovely, bright and warm. Despite being in the centre of town the apartment allows for quiet relaxation. The owner was a superb host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definately stay there again.

We could not have imagined a more wonderful place to stay in Copenhagen. The location was perfect with access to public transport. The street the apartment was on was quiet. It was extremely spacious. There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores and cafes nearby. All necessary mod cons were available and everything functioned. The bathroom was huge. The Wifi was fast. Plenty of hot water. We felt very lucky to find this apartment.

The apartment was in an ideal location in the lively and hip part of Copenhagen called Nyhavn. It was very large and extremely well equipped to make cooking at home easy but also had easy access to bars and restaurants and the beautiful canals. The apartment itself was set back in a courtyard which meant quiet evenings. Just to note however that at present there is construction work going on in the courtyard on another part of the complex so 7am wake up was common when the construction work began for the day. Not sure how long this will continue but it may be worth mentioning to future guests as we were a little surprised that we had not been informed of this at check in. Regardless, would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Copenhagen.

For us it was a great location- easy walking distance to the conference and close to bakeries, grocery stores, eateries and a metro stop (5 minute walk). We liked the homelike feeling of the flat and living in a typical Copenhagen accommodation. The flat worked very well (we were two). The bathroom is small but usual for this kind of flat. The owner was very helpful with instructions and directions etc. It was a very pleasant and hassle free experience and great value for money.

Great location within easy access of the Airport using Metro & 1A bus, journey taking approx 35 minutes with the only change at Kongens Nytorv. Easy connections to the centre, Vesterbro & Norrebro, all requiring only one bus with stops a few paces from the apartment. Apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable with bars, restaurants, a supermarket and a great park for kids to play in less than 5 minutes walk away. Should we return to Copenhagen in future, we hope we will do, we will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks.

We (family, 2 parents and 4 kids) stayed at this apartment for a week, just before Easter 2018. We really enjoyed the stay - the apartment (or the house, as I should say) was even better than we hoped it would be: more spacious than we thought, in a quiet little road, with a really well-equiped kitchen, huge dinig table, and all just a 10 minute walk away from Hvidovre station from which you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes. All in all a really recommendable holiday house - if we would ever return to Copenhagen we definitely would consider staying here again.

We had a really great time in Copenhagen. The apartment is really NICE, 3 min walk from the metro station, which is well relied to the airport. From the apartment it was easy to go, by foot or by bike, everywhere. So top location and very nice host. The apartment is well equipped, there is Also tea / coffee, and has the access to a lovely roof terrace. We found it comfortable and quite clean.

We came to Copenhagen for the Christmas Markets and for sightseeing. The apartment is fantastic in every respect. The location is very close to the train station and the bus stop. Train and bus travel is very easy and every is so helpful. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable, cosy and had absolutely everything we needed. The owners are such nice people and were so very helpful at all times. The owner gave us lots of helpful information about Christmas Markets, trains, buses, restaurants e.t.c. The owner and her husband welcomed us warmly. We felt welcome, especially with them leaving in the same building! They were available when needed and helpful for tips in the area and the city. The apartment is not in the center of Copenhagen but its in an even better location as its very quiet and not full of tourist. We were very well impressed by the owner who received us late in the night and gave us all the needed information. The apartment was fully equipped even with a small baby bed and many toys for kids. On the leaving day, we could stay until late afternoon since we had a late flight. The position was good to reach from the airport and there many shops and restaurant in the nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Copenhagen at this well located and well presented apartment. Very easy to reach by public travel on arrival at the airport using the M2 metro and 1A bus - apartment only a couple of minutes walk from bus stop. Apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped although on a longer stay a washing machine would have been useful. Never used a rented apartment on a city break always using hotels in the past but really enjoyed the extra space provided, especially with two teenage boys. Supermarket for basics was only 2 mins away and the regular bus service allowed easy travel into the city centre in 15 mins. The neighbourhood was a quiet residential area and felt totally safe and relaxed whatever the time of the day. Would very happily return and probably will.

The owners son welcomed us and took some time to explain the apartment, the neighborhood and some particularities of Copenhagen to us. This was a really nice welcome from the beginning. The apartment is very friendly, clean, spacious and situated within a really nice neighborhood with plenty of cosy and all-Copenhagen bars, cafes and restaurants. The only thing we had to get used to was the shower in the sleeping room and the fact that there is no bathroom - tooth brushing in the kitchen is not perfect, but ok. So overall, we liked the apartment and will love to come again!

Comfortable light and airy apartment with cooker, dishwasher, washer and drier. Good water pressure in the shower, plenty of good towels, nice bedding. Lots of good details - washing powder, dishwasher tablets, salt, sugar, coffee, good stack of leaflets about Copenhagen. Close to a bus stop, a little bit of a walk to the Metro. Supermarkets shops and restaurants close by, a little bit further to the nearest bank. A map for the local area showing supermarkets, bank, bakery, restaurants, bus and train stops would have been nice. Also a few more cups and plates - had to put the dishwasher on every day. For Copenhagen prices good value.

We were really happy to stay in the apartment during our trip to Copenhagen. It was easy to get into city center, and the accommodation was wonderfully spacious and really comfortable. It was really nice and clean upon our arrival and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed during our stay, including all the kitchenware we could wish for in relation to cooking on the holiday. The owner was really sweet and we felt very welcome. She had also been very helpful in measuring the apartment and making minor changes so that it was easy to get around with a wheelchair. Finally, there is a very nice garden, which we also loved to stay in. This apartment can certainly be recommended and we will be stay here again!

We used this site for two reasons: (1) hotel prices in Copenhagen are very high; and 920 we wanted to get a feel for living in a neighborhood in Copenhagen, even if just for a few days. We were very satisfied. The apartment itself was very nice and cozy. The owner was wonderful in greeting us, and then helping us with logistics throughout our stay. The location of the apartment was also good. While many hotels are in the heart of downtown, this was about a thirty minute walk, which was fine. Also, around the corner were several places to grab something to eat, including a convenience store (limited stock), a pizzeria and a fantastic bakery, among others. And the neighborhood was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, which was nice. Staying here definitely enhances our Copenhagen visit.

We were very near to the meatpacking district with its yummy eateries and we also found we had friendly neighbours and a lovely park just opposite for impromptu picnics. We were also close to Baisikeli bike rental shop (which came in useful) and also to many attractions and beauties of Copenhagen. The owner was helpful and accommodating. We had a cot for our toddler and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment on your trip to Copenhagen!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment at Thorshavnsgade - we came by car and the owner, who was waiting for us, immediately led us to the parking space in the basement so that we didnt have to drive around and could unpack right away. She made us feel right at home, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment is ideally located: walking distance from the city center, but in a more quiet area with several grocery stores, restaurants, ... nearby, and also a nice park for running! Everything you might need is already there - so it felt like a true home away from home!

The appartment was perfect for 2 with plenty of room and a bright, open feel about the place. The owners were very friendly and helpful both over email correspondence and in person, doing all they can to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips for seeing the city. The location was perfect, situated in a rather quiet part of the city but with easy access to the centre. The train station at Norhavn was within a 5 minute walk, with bus stops being even closer - both offering regular connections into town. Alternatively, central Copenhagen is only a 25-30 minute walk away. Amenities in the appartment were super with a wonderful kitchen and typically Danish bathroom. A number of other comments mention the small bathroom, creaking floors and smell of smoke. While all these are true, they didnt hinder our experience in any way, either adding to the character of the place or easily eliminated by opening a window (which offer a nice 3rd floor view).

Do not be put off by the entrance to this apartment, it is clearly a work in progress, although it was slightly annoying to be tripping over shoes (a Danish custom). Once entering the apartment it was clear and bright, at first we found it strange to have the bedroom off the kitchen and the living accommodation off the shower room. The apartment was a delight, it was spotlessly clean, had great bed linen and ample towels. It is also extremely well equipped for those who wish to cater for themselves. The barrio/neighbourhood was exceptional and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, the and her family made us very welcome and indeed we wanted for nothing. The train station is a few minutes walk away and the bus line is good also. A lovely, lovely place to stay and peaceful after the hustle of the city.

Although we were surprised by the lack of curtains in the apartment, in the middle of June, we valued this as a typical scandinavian habit. We liked the apartment except for 2 things: - the bathroom and shower facilities were poorly - the television only contained the possibility for netflix, and didnt have any German or English channels. Foreigners do not speak or understand Danish, so the television had no use for us.

We had such a great time in Copenhagen. We visited for 5 days in September and were blessed with lovely weather. The hosts were really welcoming and easy to communicate with, any questions we had they were very quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed in the apartment. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, we used google maps which we found really useful to find out which bus to get etc. The 5C is a direct bus from the bottom of the street taking you into the centre of Copenhagen. The two bikes provided were also a great perk as the seafront is a 10 minute cycle away on lovely quiet roads. We felt really safe and very comfortable in this apartment.

We were welcomed by a very friendly owner who told us that he stay in they country house during summer, so we had their entire apartment to ourselves. I had forgotten to bring enough cash but he drove me around to several ATMs (as there is a withdrawal limit of DKK2000 per bank per day - beware of this when you come to Denmark!) The location close to the Amalienborg is fantastic, and just outside the red zone for expensive car parking. You feel at home immediately. It is located in a side street of Amager within walking distance to bus and metro stops and a large shopping center. The neigborhood ist refreshingly normal, a lot of young people. Chistianshaven can be reached on foot within about 20 minutes. The apartment is situated on ground floor. Still it is sufficiently bright though not sunny. We enjoyed the calmness, no traffic noise etc. In conclusion, highly recommended apartment!

This beautiful, bright and spacious apartment could not have been more perfectly situated—in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the Metro and a grocery store, and an easy distance from downtown. A lovely central location from which to walk out into the city - or even just across the road for a coffee and pastry! An attractive apartment, just right for two people or two with a small child. Lovely and cool to come into after a hot day, and although it is very central and therefore busy round about, we found it quiet almost all the time. The church chimes are delightful - lovely to have the church outside your window. And so little traffic, which is a treat! Only a few minutes walk to the metro which takes you directly to the airport.

So location ideal.A lso walked to Central station at 6.30 am when we left. Apartment had coffee, tea, fruit, muesli bars, jam-toothpaste for two!
