Very well. The service Ok and the apartment ok too. Clean, without noise, near the center.

We would like to see an upgrade of apartments service. For example, only 2 wine glasses for 6 people. Apart from that the apartment was like we expected.

A pleasant apartment close to the centre of town. I stayed here with my partner and a couple of friends between 5 July and 8 july 2012.The flat is exactly as advertised and in an area close to the centre (bus 26 goes from the main road nearby, vesterbrogade, and stretches cross almost the entire city, so thats a geat way to see the basic landmarks/sights). When we arrived the flat had not been cleaned but once we contacted Owner, our main contact at the company, she apologised and got it sorted immediately. There had apparently been some emergency involving the person who was supposed to clean it so this is not reflective of the general standard of service from this company. The one drawback is that there is only one key per apartment, so it has to be left in a safe on the first floor (company gives u a code in advance by email, as well as a front door code). This is a bit of a hassle and it would be much easier if they just cut more keys. All in all, however, we thought it was a good experience.
